• DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes, we ship worldwide.




• DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER?


Our standard shipping option does not include a tracking number.
But if you'd like to add one, you’ll find an item on our webstore called "Tracked Shipping Upgrade" - add it to your cart then choose whether you are based in France or International (everywhere outside of France) in the delivery options. The amount charged for this item will reflect the surcharge for tracking an item to your country.

• WHERE IS MY ORDER?


We tend to ship orders once to twice a week from France. We ship all French orders by Lettre Verte/Colissimo and all International orders by Priority International Letter/Package.


Please allow the following timeframes for when you should expect to receive your order:


We generally advise: 


France: allow up to 1 week from dispatch 


Mainland Europe: allow up to 3 weeks from dispatch 


America: allow up to 5 weeks from dispatch 


Australia/East Asia: allow up to 6 weeks from dispatch


Please bear these in mind before you contact us regarding your order to allow it time to reach you. This can vary depending on where you live and your countries custom regulations.




• LOST PACKAGES


Such events are disappointing to us as we hate to see our fans suffer at something that is out of our hands, but equally, we can't afford to lose more money by sending out orders that don’t turn up due to issues on the couriers' behalf. We have chosen to give you the choice to upgrade your shipping method for an increased fee, in order to give you peace of mind when it comes to your order. You can upgrade your shipping method by reaching out to us via the contact form or at [email protected].

As much as we hate to hear your package is lost, we love to know it arrives, so feel free to tag the band on socials or to send us an email to let us know.

• CUSTOMS FEES


Defamed is not responsible for additional custom charges or fee that may be applied once your package has left our warehouse. Such charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with custom charges and fees, we invite you to speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
